Solid Waste Services for Businesses
Commercial and industrial waste is accepted at the Transfer Station.Credit accounts are obtainable for easy monthly billing services; applications are available at the RASWC office and are approved by the Commission. RASWC does not provide hauling or dumpster services, please contact local refuse haulers for these services. Special waste authorization is required for some materials; contact us with information on particular or exceptional waste streams.
Recycling Services for Businesses

- Cardboard
The Centerville Cardboard Collection Route is run weekly on Tuesday within the Centerville city limits; cardboard must be clean, broken-down and accessible on route day.

- Sorted Office Waste
RASWC will collect sorted office waste from businesses on a per call basis.
Carts are available upon request.

- Document Destruction and Recycling
Confidential documents are accepted for shredding and recycling at the RASWC office. Rates: .20/pound, $5.00 minimum charge

Hazardous Waste Services for Businesses
Use of the Regional Collection Center by businesses for disposal of hazardous waste is limited by Iowa law to Conditionally Exempt Small Quantity Generators. Click here to find out if you qualify as a CESQG. Users will incur charges for this service.
